Men-toring

Gilbert is beginning a mentoring program. We are looking for men to visit our school at least one time a month. The goal is to provide at-risk boys with a positive male influence. The mentor and mentoree will be paired together for as long as the two remain in the program. I believe that our community sees the difficulties our students are facing, and I believe they want to help. Schools just need to do a better job of facilitating community involvement.
